About Vance & Hines
We make products for American V-twins, Metric Cruisers, Sportbikes and Dirt bikes: exhaust systems, fuel injection management and air intake systems. These are not just your average, run of the mill motorcycle products. Every product we manufacture is done so with a purpose. Be it power and performance, quality at a value or unflinching style, we have the products for you.
We are committed to this industry, we live and breathe innovation, never accepting the status-quo. We capitalize on our thirty years of racing and winning to build the highest-quality, best-performing products that money can buy. Our reputation for quality and innovation is unrivaled. We pioneered the sport bike market with the SS2R and S4 in the 80’s. The cruiser market was revolutionized with our 220 degree full coverage heatshields, our revolutionary Power Chamber technology and optional quiet baffles in the 90’s, and today, oxygen sensor mounts, catalyst based systems and the race inspired Big Radius 2-into-1 will continue to raise the bar for future years and future products.
Thirty years of racing. Thirty years of winning… We are Vance & Hines.

I installed on my Harley Road King in 2006, dumping black slip-on’s window, air filter and Screamin Eagles fuelpak I installed the unit.
i have the problem, the bike at low speed ripping, you can send me the exact mapping of fuelpak
Your correct map would be FP-0135. Make sure you have calibrated the throttle in mode 19 (you can verify the calibration in mode 21 – as you twist the throttle, the number should count smoothly 0,1,2,3… 99.) If this does not help, please contact the Fuelpak guys directly at tech@fuelpakfi.com.
Also we have revamped our Fuelpak site with new installation and set up videos that may also help. http://www.fuelpakfi.com/
I have Classic II’s on my 99 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 and am wanting to repack them. I have the V&H repack kits but need to know the best/easiest way to get the baffles out.
The best way to do this is to remove the mufflers from the bike. Once the button head screws are removed that hold the baffle in place, tap the baffles out from the inlet side.
